Heaven Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning company founded by Helen Richard and Misael Díaz in Dallas–Fort Worth — named for their daughter, Heaven. Helen leads as CEO, responsible for operations, service delivery and quality control. Misael leads client relationships and business development, bringing a background in building operational systems for service businesses.
Heaven Cleaning Services was built from day one with the systems, standards and structure most cleaning companies never put in place — documented checklists, trained and accountable teams, and a client experience designed to earn trust starting with the first walkthrough.

Heaven Cleaning Services is owned and operated by Helen Richard and Misael Díaz, based right here in Dallas–Fort Worth — not a remote operator running a call center out of state and dispatching cleaners they’ve never met. When you work with Heaven, you’re working with the people who actually live in this market, whose reputation is built here, and who show up in person — not an anonymous account manager three time zones away.
Every member of your cleaning team is personally recruited, interviewed, test-cleaned and background-checked by our team before they ever step into your building. Every account is directly overseen by an owner. When something needs attention, you reach Helen or Misael — not a ticket queue.
